I have a copy of an Elanor Burns book "Lover's Knot" I don't know if that is 
what you are looking for though You might try some of the fabric/ quilting 
stores localy and see if they have a copy you could look at.
If not I could photo copy A (as in one) page for you to look at to see if 
this is what you want. I would include the address on the booklet so you 
could maybe write to see if they have more in print.
Or maybe Holly could use it as an excuse to go to her shop (I think she said 
she lived near there, maybe I'm wrong though...
