Hi John,
I like LiveWire 3.21.  It has a PM mode that is quite nice and a
full-screen text mode that is very fast.  You can switch back and forth
while connected by using the F12 key.  You can get it from
http://www.datamirage.com if you have Internet access.  The filename is
lw321.zip.  It also has an add-in to enable RIP support if you want.
