I was given a tour of the local remand centre and I was very relieved
when I got out of the building.  My idea in going there was to see the
drunk tank because we'd sometimes get calls at the poison centre where I
worked about people in the drunk tank who seemed to be more than merely
drunk.
The YWCA was across the street and I was told that male prisoners would
yell 'show us your tits' (can I say that on Fidonet?) and some women
would stand at the YWCA windows and oblige them.  Ah, romance!
Just to be locked up in such a secure building is my idea of hell on
earth.
