 We have been using the Lifestyler Expanse 500 for over 3 yrs now with no
 problems whatsoever. (Knock on wood) ;-) We purchased it and the optional
 maintanence from Sears. They have diligently come out to check and service
 the unit on time. (Tighten the motor belt, oil, grease, adjust tread
 tension, ect).
 We, and our hearts have been VERY happy with the unit.
