Hello Barbara,
Well, I used to work at a pet shop. I got real pist at my friend
about a month ago. We were each going to buy a pair of birds. And while he
preocupied me attending a custumer on a non working day, he got the female
that I had already chosen. His pair was to resell and mine to set up for
breeding. With all the custumers, and birds, that I have gotten for him he
should have let me keep my hen. I ended up not getting the other pair and
telling him to kiss off. This had not been the first time that he let me
down. I can forgive, but I won't forget.
I sent you a letter to your PO Box address. I'm awaiting your reply.
The problem down here is that pet shops don't want to pay what the birds are
worth. I've had to sell cheap at times because of poor demand. Thats why I'm
not interested in the breeding for profit any more. I'm just going to stay
with birds that simply make me happy as a hobby. If I hear of anyone looking
for any birds, I'll let you know. And if you need any adult birds, let me
know. I know a few breeders that have an extra this or that. By the way how
are your rainbow lories? Has any egg hatched yet? What are you feeding them?
TTYL.
