SP2 is bein held back from P4-Prescott users (el crasho).  I don't think
you're in that category.  There may be other auto-blocks for other hardware
issues.  I've had a couple with Dell P4 mobile (the hot one, not a Celeron)
laptops.  A full wipe and reinstall cured both (g).
