The only way I think it would work is if they did it for humor
value, and tried to take it absurd levels.

Vince has Bisch and Austin as co-GMs of Raw.  Eric Has Chief as CoS
and SCSA has JR as CoS.  Chief hires Scott Steiner to be his
Sergeant at Arms.  JR hires Steven Regal as his SaA.  BPP hires HHH
as his Secretary of State.  Regal hires Hurricane to be his SoS.
Continue the hirings until everyone on the Raw roster is in an
administrative position except for two wrestlers, who now have to
wrestle each other every week on Raw (between 90 minutes of
vignettes and 25 minutes of commercials).
