Try VIEW15.ZIP - I have it available for FREQ. Here is a bit of info from the 
docs. Colours are customizable using the config program.
     - VIEW is an online file viewer for your BBS.
       The user can scroll through the text using standard navigation
       keys such as cursor keys, Home, End, PgUp, PgDn etc.
     - VIEW has a built-in search option which allows the user to
       easily find anything he/she is looking for. E.g. a phone number
       sub string in a mailbox listing.
     - There is a help key, which - if pressed - displays an ANSI file
       containing a summary of the options available to the user.
       THESE FILES ARE CUSTOMIZABLE BY YOU!
     - VIEW supports CTL files offering a means to easily present a
       bulletin containing *many* files to choose from.
       Bulletin help is also CUSTOMIZABLE PER GROUP OF FILES.
       CTLs can be nested as many levels deep as you like.
     - VIEW can unpack and display electronic magazines
     - VIEW is a door program for RemoteAccess Bulletin Board Systems
       and compatibles but it also offers a way to use it under BBS's
       that can create a DORINFO?.DEF drop file. Thus, it's usable
       under virutally any popular BBS around.
