You're quite right to point out that Dualism is not a Biblically supported
concept!

But there's more to Satan's existence than you suggest. . .

"haSatan" in Hebrew means "the Accuser" or, we might
paraphrase/modernize it to
be context-specific, rather than a generalized term, and render it, "The
Prosecutor"(or in the USA, "the District Attorney" or
"The Attorney-General"

God is the Supreme Judge -- every courtroom has a Prosecution Counsel and a
Defense Counsel. . . (otherwise how could you conduct a fair trial)
