Ryan, we are very fortunate to have some ladies who are willing to 
participate in this echo. From all of her previous messages, I would 
definitely say she is a lady. Ryan, this is no way to treat a lady. Your 
message is very disrespectful. She may have also made a very valid point. 
Ryan, please treat the ladies in the echo with some degree of respect and 
dignity.
