Yes (boo, hiss).

A client was *required to reformat* (2 hours on the phone), even though
IBM's own DOS diags (on the T22's maintenance partition) said the wifi
mini-PCI was dead, Jim.  Logic could not convince this tech.  She wouldn't
bump up to level 2.  She wasted the customer's time, in the extreme.  And
she was an 'murrican, in Atlanta (although I had a lot of problems
understanding her).

Of course, Lenovo will probably require you to submit your granma's genome
and swear allegiance to Chmn. Mao, as well as to Chmn. Bill.
