I use mfreq myself. A very well done application by Markus Reschke. It is
available here as mfreq-3.19.tar.gz. There is also a github page at..

I have also used FREQ-U by Fred Riccio in the past with good results. I have
the linux version available here as FREQ-U.ZIP and the Windows version as
FU_W32.ZIP. Also available from Fred's system at 1:132/174.
