yup...human nature is always looking for a bargain...at any expense...sure
would like to be rich because it woudl be so great to buy up these birds and
get them back with their owners...

that's the way with all the laws...the ones that makethem are not affected by
them at all..they live in lifestyles far above what the normal person does so
if it doesn't concern them it doesn't exist...

Unfortunately the dogs are being shot or poisoned..too bad people couldn't
afford video cameras...that might help stop them if they were on film..at
least there would be some evidence....but I think at that point I'd rather
have evidence of a dead body (human that is)...save the world a lot of
ief..
