Ryan, you really need to read the rules for this conference. Again, this 
message is off-topic for ASKACOP. I think this would save both of us some 
time and effort. Legalization of drugs is off-topic for this echo. Your 
opinion of whether there should or should not be laws about the use of 
marijuana is off-topic for this echo. BTW, the police do not make the laws 
and neither do the Legalize Marijuana Organizations.
Your message probably belongs in a Civil Liberties Echo. Your messages 
indicate that you would probably fit in nicely there. Again, please consider 
this to be a pleasant request to stop posting messages in ASKACOP which are 
off-topic. I realize there is a time delay from the time I write the message 
and the time you read the message, so I'm going to be very reasonable about 
this. I know that you don't like rules, and you certainly don't like to be 
told to obey a rule, so I really doubt that you will accept my pleasant 
requests or honor them. I hope that I'm wrong. I do enjoy reading many of 
your messages, and I know that you are capable of writing on-topic messages.
