From: Nolly Unvala Yes, your memory does serve you right! I'm sorta leaning towards the onboard Adaptec dual-channel controller, though I haven't ruled out the disk. I got a great buy on a *new* 9G SCSI Cheetah on eBay today ($.01 +$9 shipping), so I'm going to stick that in when it arrives and see if the problem resurfaces. BTW, what does Term. Pwr. on SCSI mean? Should it be disabled or enabled, and if the latter, should it be enabled only on a single device? I'm using LVD cables with active terminators at free end. Thanks.
