Since the whole shoot takes place in just a few seconds, it is not even a
consideration. Of course while the subject is moving, both the camera and
background are fixed in place, so it is only necessary to blow little holes
in the layers as they are added.
If for any reason the background exposure did change in the middle of the
sequence, it is very easy to match it visually by tweaking a little with
Levels. For architectural interior shots like those at the bottom of the
Bracketing and Layering page, one expects to do a bit to make the
transitions invisible.
