I've been using that approach on some machines that have no other means
of backup. It works, but keeping the obsolete files pruned out of the
.ZIPs is a real pain. Sure wish Info-ZIP would develop an option that
would do the whole thing--make the .ZIP match the current directory
without re-processing files that are unchanged.
