However, I've seen a similar problem to this before but under  
different circumstances. Go to "Fido", cursor over "Crash", press   
and then have a read of the "IMPORTANT NOTE" near the bottom of the  
help text. I suspect that the solution to your problem may be lurking  
somewhere amongst that lot. Best of luck ;)
