Same in The Netherlands.

That only makes sense if ISDN is the best you can have and if you pay by the
minute or the second for the connection. If you have dsl or cable, it makes
much less sense to also have ISDN.
Anyway... as I said, as long as ISDN is still in use in Fidonet, the FTSC will
continue to document it.
