The media is only furnishing the public with what the public wants.
Adults want their programing to be a lot more explicit, raunchy, and
violent than they want their kids to watch (or even know about). I
hardly see how the public can blame the media if the kids pick up on
certain things.
We don't need V-Chips, we need responsible parents.
