Not necessarrily. I know Points in the past, and even today, who know better
how FidoNet works in all its merits, than many SysOp's and even RC's did/do.
So being NodeListed is not any garantee ;-(.
Look at the list Kees van Eeten is showing about systems long time
inconnectable for very long periods, even years.
So removing a long time rotten dead wood is much more important,
than giving frequent writers a Nodenumber and get listed.
