Benetton still looking to beat Williams (27-Sep-98) - Benetton chief executive David Richards still has his sights set on his team finishing third in the constructors' world championship despite losing ground to Williams in the Luxembourg Grand Prix. Richards says Giancarlo Fisichella come home in sixth place -- one place behind Heinz-Harald Frentzen -- after a race-long duel between the two outfits. "The championship is going right down to the wire, not just for Michael Schumacher and Mika Hakkinen, but also for third position in the constructors' title," he explained. "With five weeks to wait before Suzuka, we have a lot of time for testing and every reason to think we can finish in third place this year." --- Msged/386 4.20 beta 4* Origin: Blizzard of Ozz, Melbourne, Australia (3:635/728.4{at}fidonet) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 633/267 |
