For a fact, we too have abuses for health care, but the dispensation
is hard to find, even *if* you may need it. Our system operates on a
poverty level, where yours works by a profit model.

If our government saw three cents mark-up for a box of band-aids,
they'd make a work project to turn straw into wound dressings.
