I paid over $200 for my cap meter, a B&K autoranging unit. I'd used the earlier LED-display unit before, and it was okay, as far as I can recall, mine is LCD-display and has a minor design flaw with regard to maintining a zero setting on the lowest range. That setting is driven by an RC time constant, and they apparently didn't use parts in there which were temperature-stable, as it bounces all over the place. Data doesn't take up that much space what with the cost of storage these days, and I like to archive that kind of thing on all sorts of equipment. AA> I'm might consider eBay if I can't secure a private deal. I can think of a place to pass that along to. ---* Origin: TANSTAAFL BBS 717-838-8539 (1:270/615) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 270/615 150/220 379/1 106/1 2000 633/267 |
