This shows very much how religions are used as a drug for the populace, as
an aid to the current political structures to minimize dissent.

Islam is also an example of a religion that strives to meld religion and statehood.

I find it scary in the E.R. when I hear a doctor or nurse say, "well
he/she has gone on to a better life".
Terrifying.
