Yes of course, lets teach them a lesson and give them a 200 dollar
ticket, who cares if one of the cars ran into the wall of the tunnel
rupturing it costing millions in repairs to it, flooding the tunnels
insides, totalling the 200 or so cars inside it, and possably killing a
few hundred people due to drowning? who cares about all that, we taught
them a lesson.
