Would is surprise you that I actually *like* the bar lockdown feature?  Not
only does it keep me from peppering the sides of the screen with new and
dragged taskbars when I get excited, but it gives me 2mm more
taskbar/menubar space.  You only need the handles occasionally.

Now, does anyone remember the reg patch to keep My Programs from going MRU
on your?  I want both my XP-style and Classic style machines to fly out the
whole program list, 98-style.
