I'm going to ask Paul about this. It may be simple for him to do, or not I'm
not sure but I'll ask.

I've found a simple utility to install for windows/linux binkd. I'll see if I
can pass it on to a couple nodes who could use it.

It's an external SRIF utility that's needed for binkd that is not well known.
