   Holy Crap! Is ISDN still working? Over here in Sweden my dual ISDN line was
cancelled more than a decade ago.

   It took me two individual copper pair of wires to get 2x64k ISDN. Now I have
a single pair of copper wires that gives me 8/1 ADSL. Same wires.

   So who in his right mind would even consider ISDN nowadays? Just a factor
three or so above optimal ordinary modems -- albeit with a faster connection
time.

   A blast from the past, no doubt...
