Barb, one of the first things you have to learn before you can par- 
ticipate here, or in any of the many conferences available, is you can't 
take things too personally.  Because there is no voice tone or body 
language to accompany the message, it's sometimes difficult to establish 
a persons true colors (with the exception of Ryan).  Glenn is the kinda 
guy who tells it like it is... pure and simple!  Speaking for myself, I 
don't see his messages as a personal attack towards YOU... he's just 
addressing the issue at hand.  BTW, Glenn is a police officer (and
sometimes burger flipper) and, too, has just been named Moderator of the
ASKACOP2 conference.
