There are two files for *.MSG areas:
  DESCRIPT.BBS  Displayed to callers when they enter a *.MSG area and haven't

The problem is I don't recall what AREAINFO.BBS does on an Opus system.  It's 
been far too many years since I've tried running an Opus bbs.
