Ryan, you are very good at criticizing the police and criticizing other 
people's ideas for solving problems. You do fairly well in being critical of 
just about everyone. With your vast expertise in this area and your 
overwhelming intelligence, why don't you share with us your strategy for 
solving a problem like this?
