Bob,
I got an old  HW '50 to shoot RWS 9.5gr Supermags at 700fps ... it was very
smooth and could be cocked with one finger.  I had installed a teflon 
ainseal
like TR-Robb used to make, used Venomol and some of a 124 spring ... kinda
sorry
I sold it, it still shoots real nice many years later.
