My parents owned a Dunkin Donuts for just under two years around 1980. I
definitely prefer their donuts over the over-glazed sugarshock products
created by KrispyKreme.

The best donut, IMNSHO, was unavailable to regular customers - it was a
fresh out of the fryer yeast donut. No glaze, just allowed to cool enough
to handle and eat without burning the mouth.
