-=> Leonard Erickson said to Greg Mayman -=> about "NETMAIL?" on 05-13-03 07:05..... LE> I've been doing it that way from the start. I don't really have a BBS. LE> just the config files and messagebase. That's all that the BW door LE> needs. I was running as a point for a while with one of the BBSs that was set up for that. Alas, that BBS is now long gone. But I suspect that it was similar to being a mini-BBS with one user, although the software I used allowed for two! But one of the advantages of working through a BBS is that I can communicate with other locals with our own private echo. OTOH, I suppose we could also do that through a hub. I may have to look into that one day, but for the present I'll carry on as long as the current BBS can keep going. Or any other local BBS for that matter. We still have six that I can reach with a local call :-) From Greg Mayman, in beautiful Adelaide, South Australia "Queen City of The South" 34:55 S 138:36 E ... Keep emotionally active.
