I am not using the elist as the sole arbitor of what constitutes what is or
is not allowed in this echo and that is not the sole purpose of the elist
to begin with. As far as the elist is concerned, it identifies the
existence of this echo, its description and who the moderator is to the
various Fidonet echomail backbones.. While the echolist robot can be
queried to present a rule file for a particular echo, a query made to the
robot for this echo would not gather you a rule file because I dont submit
one, rules files are optional.. Feel free to look up the word
"optional" in your dictionary.
