remove all of them from the plugins directory then copy them back one at a
time till you get it to startup without any errors. (the errors usually
clue you in to which plugin you need to copy back).

Doing that you can get it to load pretty quickly. But you lose
functionality like being able to save a form with information that you
typed in.
