I did not see any place to change this style. So the
>active tab is the one that appears depressed.

Didn't know you could drag it, that may be a recently-added feature.

The only difference between buttons and tabs (in the case of AvantBrowser)
seems to be cosmetic.  Do you know if there are any functional differences?
