Hi Paul PE> 4. The knob came off my gearstick. I haven't had that one, but I have had a front wheel come off because I'd forgotton to tighten the wheelnuts. PE> P.S. So I need some advice on how to go about telling where the oil leak is Clean the engine, run it for a bit, then look. Cleaning needn't be too thorough. Give it a blast with a good nozzle on the hose, top and bottom, run it for a bit to warm it up (you may need to RP7 the distributor and plugs), slosh on some strong detergent (a cup or two of clothes washing powder in a bucket of water), and hose it off again. Then RP7 the plugs and dizzy (don't forget inside the dizzy) again. PE> and how to fix it. depends where it is.
