RB> And, coincidentally, the lowest class in your city are young blacks.
RB> In fact, the most violent section of any city is the poorest part.
RB> Now, do you need a sledgehammer to put two and two together?
You can discuss class, race, and sex problems all day and do nothing to solve
the problems of law enforcement. One could not suggest that a law shouldn't
be enforced if a person happened to be a certain color, a certain gender,
live in a certain neighborhood, etc., etc. Suggest how law enforcement
officers can use this information to reduce crime, and this message would be
on-topic for the echo. Otherwise, this message is off-topic for this echo.
Law Enforcement Officers can't wave a magic wand and make someone rich,
change their color, or change their gender, so these messages do nothing to
help solve the crime problems we all face. If you would like to discuss
strategy and tactics in using this information to reduce crime, these
messages would be welcome in this echo. Otherwise, they are off-topic and
belong in some other echo.
