ISDN is marked EOL ;) Deutsche Telekom is migrating ISDN to VoIP and plans to
shut down ISDN end of next year. A few telcos keep running ISDN for some time
longer but the technology was phased out by manufacturers. So there aren't any
spare parts besides what's left in your warehouse. My guess is that ISDN will
be history in about 5 years.

For ISDN (X.75) over VoIP you can use RFC4040 (clear mode). AFAIK the most
inexpensive device supporting that is the FritzBox.
