Incidentally I'm not sure you're aware that the differences between the
MSGAPI provided by SQDEV200 and the Maximus 3.02 sources are fairly
trivial.  The bulk of the changes are due to replacing the SCI licence and
with the GPL licence in each file.  So it should be feasible to incorporate
those changes into SMAPI/XMSGAPI and GPL the entire thing.
