I noticed this morning that with Msged 4.00 and 4.10 (and quite probably
earlier versions also) that the bare minimum MSGED.CFG requires the `Name'
and `Address' keywords (including parameters) to be present, otherwise it
will either crash or freeze on startup.  This will be corrected in an
upcoming beta.
