I will try this one as well, Jack, always willing to take a peek. As to
users, I still give 30 minutes a day free to any who provide full real name
and phone number, any more time than that, I ask for a donation to support
the BBS and I even get it from a few . I trim the user list every couple
of months and am still at 438 users. Not all call on a daily basis, but, they
do seem to stll be calling, one takes what one can . I think part of the
problem is our underexposure, as most localities are so caught up in the
INTERNET thing they simply do not know we are there. I have talked to a lot
of people who had no idea we were here until I told them, now they are
regular callers. Not EVERYONE has a driving NEED to be on the internet 24
hours a day and a lot of the people I get to call here are very happy with
the options I offer and the speed of use (a good selling point these days
). I advertise every chance I get, and loudly . I make no bones about
the fact that it is NOT an internet link but that I will try to provide a
wide selection of files, games, message areas as well as internet to all
callers. Keep trying, bud, hope the flow comes back up for ya .
Adios for now,
