I am not on the police force but concerned about HOW swing shifts
may effect their health and performance. As in my town it still is
the practice that an officer work 4 days the midnight to 8AM,
then 3 days off, then 4 days 8AM to 4PM, then off again, and then
4 days the 4PM to midnight shift. Does that NOT get their system
out of sync ??? Many studies seem to show that it does.
