I'm no network engeneer, so I'm not following you all the way, but here is a 
scetch for a Twisted Pair cable between to pc's without a HUB:
Plug one       -       Plug two
1              -       3
2              -       6
3              -       1
4              -       4
5              -       5
6              -       2
7              -       7
8              -       8
