***OPERATION RETURN FIRE 96***
                       REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Operation RETURN FIRE 96 is a grassroots effort to protect our gun
rights by aiding the re-election of our friends and the defeat of our
enemies.  We seek to identify the KEY races, ones where a pro-gun
candidate is facing a close, but winnable race.  We are urging every
gun owner to "adopt" one such candidate and send him a campaign
contribution of twenty bucks, the price of a box of ammo.
We are seeking information on some congressional races in:
California
The people at the Second Ammendment Foundation recently said:
"California: Sacramento Valley's Third District anti-gun Democrat
Congressman Vic Fazio is probably the most vulnerable senior
legislator in Congress.  He has barely beaten back his last few
challengers and this time, because of the key role he played in
advancing the anti-gun agenda, could be beaten.
Santa Barbara County's Twenty-Second District is a must-win for gun
owners.  Republican Andrea Seastrand, who won last time by only 1,500
votes, is being attacked for her vote to repeal the assault weapon
ban.
The Twenty-Seventh District in the Pasadena area is now an important
open seat race.  Gun owners need to put this seat in the must-win
column."
We need information on these three races.  **WHO** is running against
Fazio in the 3rd?  **WHO** is running in the 27th?  What are their
positions on gun-control and the 2nd Ammendment?
We need campaign addresses for all three campaigns where campaign
contributions can be sent.  We'd also like any email addresses or
homepage URL's for these campaigns.
Are any poll results available?
Lastly, does anyone have an email address for reaching:  The CALIFORNIA
RIFLE & PISTOL ASSOCIATION ?
