Here's where you are getting confused.  At -no- point is a "big wad" of TOW
ever deployed.  A TOW -Company- (48 guns) supports a Tank -Battalion-.  The
TOW is -not- deployed against troops.  It is -only- deployed in support of
Friendly armor.
