Forced seen-by stripping lands it immediately into the "khrap"-category.
 
I take the liberty to moan whenever I see the need to it as I daily need to
deal with:
 
* Ghost-entries from long-time ago expired nodes
* Entries which are being left in the nodelist as a monument to an expired
  sysop
* RCs who cannot handle "any" region-segment producing tool
* RCs who simply do not respond and can only be reached by LinkedIn
* RCs who send in the region-segment by Facebook attach
* RCs who only write in their native language ("thank you" Google Translate)
* A totally absent ZC and his zone is not dealing with it (so I've kept his
  segment up-to-date instead)
* Moronic entries in the nodelist
* An RC who constantly thinks he's at war
* An RC who probably is senile, but because I don't know him personally I
  cannot confirm.
 
And if you think it's better elsewhere, just talk to ZC1 and he'll also tell
you some horror-stories.
 
So, yes, I'll keep moaning because not enough people still care to keep this
thing moving.
