Commandeering vehicles is nothing new, and I'm sure the higher courts have
already heard all they want on the subject. You would never even get the case
to court. It would be like saying you have a Constitutional Right to drive
without a driver's license. This is not a new law either, and you would get
just about as far with this one, nowhere. The only way you would get a
commandeering case to court would be if it involved a non-emmergency.
